Personalisation, timing and terms

Essentielle and Signature: a one-day event, with your wording and details supplied before creation and the stated revision rounds. Hosting period, delivery date and extra work are specified in the quote.

Essentielle includes 1 language, Signature 2 languages, and Sur mesure 1 or more languages to suit your project. Choose your languages in the questionnaire; we confirm them with you before creation. Individual guest access is defined in the quote.

Wording and schedule
Name of the person or company organising the event. Optional if the couple’s names are enough.
The event venue’s local time, used for the schedule and calendar entries.

1 or more languages, to suit your project

One language per line, in your preferred order: French, English, German, Italian or Ukrainian. Request any other language at the bottom of the page for confirmation.
The message guests read after opening the invitation. Write several paragraphs, or prepare it with us later.

Schedule

Add each moment in order: welcome, ceremony, meal, party… Include the date, local time and location.

Practical information
Describe what to wear, e.g. “Party attire” or “Casual, with shoes suitable for a garden”.
Where to park, access, any charges and instructions. Enter the parking address separately.
The parking address or exact entrance, if different from the venue.
Enter the place name and town to search.
Recommended station, onward route to the venue and approximate travel time.
Routes, stops and useful directions to the venue.
Describe what will be served. Meal choices for guests belong under “Guest replies”.

Accommodation

Accommodation you recommend to guests. This does not book any rooms.

Contacts to show guests

These numbers will appear in the invitation. Use international format, e.g. +41…

The main contact for guest questions, reachable on WhatsApp.
An optional second contact, such as a wedding witness or member of the wedding party.
The on-site coordinator, if guests may contact them.
Guest replies
The date by which you would like guests to reply.
Includes the person replying: 2 means one person and one companion. This is not the total guest count.
Your photos remain in a private space for guests with the access code. They can share and download them. AVAINA does not view your photos.
Collects shuttle requests. Transport arrangements still need to be confirmed with guests.

One option or question per line. Leave blank if not applicable.

One choice per line, e.g. “Standard menu” then “Vegetarian menu”. Guests select one in their reply.
One question per line, e.g. “Will you join the brunch the next day?” Replies are free text; describe special requirements at the bottom.

Choose a palette. Backgrounds, text and buttons will match.

Colour and type preview. The layout will follow your package.

Typography

Describe the mood and what to avoid: bright, festive, understated, floral, professional…
Describe your preferred scenery or images. AVAINA will arrange how to receive any images you provide.

The transition into the invitation: direct, gentle or more immersive. Describe the effect in your own words.
