Do guests need to download an app?
No. The invitation opens directly in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Can access be protected?
Yes. Each event uses a shared private code. Individual access codes must be confirmed before ordering.
Who can see guest photos?
When the gallery is enabled, your photos remain in a private space for guests with the access code. They can share and download them. AVAINA does not view your photos.
How many languages can we include?
Essentielle includes 1 language, Signature 2 languages, and Sur mesure 1 or more languages to suit your project. Choose your languages in the questionnaire; we confirm them with you before creation.
Can details be changed after publication?
Yes. Revisions included in your package are made without needing to send guests a new link.
When do we pay?
We confirm your project and timeline before any payment. A 50% deposit starts the creation; the balance is due after your final approval, before delivery of the link.
